Ryan started his career with a global leader in the construction supply industry. Following this, he combined his technical sales experience with a Master’s Degree from McMaster University to take on progressive leadership and executive roles within the Ontario construction sector. He now combines his leadership and business experience with an interest in helping Canadian companies apply government funding to their strategic plan. Ryan’s goal is to foster a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach for Mentor Works’ Business Development Team. Further, he helps Canadian companies understand the importance of combining government grants and loans in support of short-and-long-term growth strategies.
