Terms & Conditions:

Exhibitor booth space will be available on a first come, first serve basis. All booth location and additional requests will be taken into consideration but can not be guaranteed. We have the right to limit the number of exhibitors per industry. All exhibitors must have at least one staff member present at their booth at all times during show hours. By completing this exhibitor registration form you are confirming that you are authorized representative of your company. You also approve the Small Business Summit to use your corporate logo within the event marketing materials – both print and online. Payment is due upon receipt of invoicing and must be paid in full before the event date. Your registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received. You agree to pay a service charge of $50 for any returned cheques. No cancellation/refund will be permitted for the event. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a refund will be given. The SBS is not responsible for weather or any other uncontrollable circumstances that may affect attendance. Under no situation will a refund be given except as noted above. The SBS has the right to refuse any exhibitor registration form that does not align with our terms and conditions. Artwork for show guide ads must be submitted on or before the deadline date (TBD). Other conditions may also apply.
